I found this topic to be something that not many people want to address. Throughout my time in college I have seen this subject brought up in many different ways. I seen some people make jokes about it others who are extremely rude and disrespectful and their there are the ones who has racism doesn't exist. I find this to a bunch of crap!!!! From watching a short video in class where an Asian woman was doing her stand up comedy she focused a lot in her race and how society views and belittles her race. I found the way that she expressed her point of view to be very intriguing and honest. However, our society still has a lot of growing to do. I find our society to be set in its ways when it comes to excepting or adding other races into the Hollywood picture. our class also watched another video which was a documentary about Asians and how they are being treated in society as a whole. This film really opened up my eyes about how this race factor effects everyone.
